Cultivating Consistency at Scale

Cross Street is a high-energy, community-driven concept that I’ve had the joy of growing with for years.

My role wasn't just to manage a brand, but to act as a long-term creative anchor—ensuring their "friendly neighborhood" energy felt just as vibrant and welcoming on a screen as it does in the middle of a packed dining room.

The Challenge:

As a community staple scales into a multi-location powerhouse, the digital presence often struggles to keep up with the physical growth.

We needed to bridge the gap between their fast-paced, real-world atmosphere and a fragmented digital footprint that needed a unified, professional voice.

The Solution:

I spent years behind the scenes as their lead visual storyteller—managing the website, social feeds, and email marketing to establish a rock-solid brand rhythm.

By building a high-performance Wix Studio site and a flexible Canva brand hub, I translated their existing soul into a scalable system that their team now leads with total confidence.

A Unified Digital Presence

I partnered with Cross Street to elevate and streamline their digital world during a period of massive momentum. Because I acted as an extension of their team for years, my work wasn't just about a single deliverable—it was about creating a cohesive brand ecosystem that allowed them to grow without friction.

From the initial Wix Studio website build and professional food photography to the launch of recurring email marketing campaigns and social media strategy, every touchpoint was designed to feel like a unified experience.

By developing a comprehensive Canva brand hub and custom marketing templates, I ensured that their signature "friendly neighbor" energy remained consistent, whether a guest was scrolling through Instagram or walking through their front door.

A Digital front door

The Cross Street website was designed to feel like an extension of the restaurant itself—clean, energetic, and effortlessly easy to navigate.

Using Wix Studio, I built a responsive, mobile-first experience that prioritizes the "now."

Whether a guest is checking the menu mid-happy hour or planning a group visit, the site delivers a high-impact user journey that mirrors the brand’s welcoming, fast-paced soul. It’s more than a site; it’s a digital front door that stays open 24/7.

Systems for Seamless Growth

To sustain their momentum, I developed a comprehensive Canva brand hub and a library of custom marketing templates. By pairing professional food photography with organized digital systems, I gave the Cross Street team the tools to scale their own story.

From vibrant email marketing campaigns to bold in-store signage and social media graphics, every asset was designed to ensure the brand stays cohesive, recognizable, and ready for whatever expansion comes next.

The Result

By acting as an extension of the Cross Street team through seasons of rapid expansion, we built a digital legacy that moves with visual authority.

From the grit and glow of their social feeds to the streamlined flow of their email campaigns, the brand now has a unified identity that feels both high-impact and authentically "Cross Street." The systems we built together allow the brand to scale effortlessly, turning local diners into a loyal, connected digital community.

I believe the best brands aren’t just seen—they’re felt.

For Cross Street, I acted as the bridge between their physical atmosphere and their digital expansion, ensuring every touchpoint felt like an invitation to stay a while.
